SHAWN D. WILSON, WRITER, DIRECTOR, EDITOR, AND PRODUCER
As a writer, Wilson wrote an essay in the book titled “Separate, But Equal.” This book was published by Public Affairs in 2002. As a producer, he worked for the "HistoryMakers" where he interviewed dozens of influential African Americans . The documentary, "Separate, But Equal" is Wilson’s first film. He is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and resides in New York City with his partner and son. |

MARTIN EIDEN, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
As a real estate agent, Eiden has consistantly ranked among the top agents in Manhattan and parts of Broooklyn. He ranks in the top 3% of agents nationally. The documentary, "Separate, But Equal" is Eiden’s first film as excuetive producer. He is a native of Wisconsin and holds a degree in Archiectural Engineering from Penn State University. He resides in New York City with his partner and son. |

Having meet at T.Schrieber Studio in an acting class, Shawn Wilson and Martin Eiden became life and business partners. During their earlier years, they worked in film accounting before embarking on their own artistic adventures, which includes the book and documentary , “Separate, But Equal: The Mississippi Photographs of Henry Clay Anderson.” The collection of photographs that the book and film where based on was acquired by Smithsonian Institute’s National Museum of African American History.

ILYANA KADUSHIN, PRODUCER, COMPOSER
Ilyana is a performer, producer and activist. She attended New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts and was recipient of the Tisch Outstanding Achievement Award and a participant in an Actor's Studio workshop series. Ilyana has performed as both an actor and singer with companies that include: Nickelodeon, Discovery, BBC America, Amnesty International, Sesame Street Television, Harper Collins, Scholastic, Random House, Cartoon Network, MTV and The Public Theater NYC. Her voice-over performing work spans a wide range, including numerous national commercials, animation, and video games, such as "Lord of The Rings." She narrated the audio books of Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling "Twilight Series." Ilyana is very inspired by her roles in activist performance projects:, including • “True Body Project” at The Brooklyn Museum, a performance installation about empowering girls and women to connect to their true bodies and voices. • “Birth”, a play about women’s birth rights. • "Becoming Natasha" about global sex trafficking of women and children (co-produced by Amnesty International). • CultureProject's Impact Festival about military crimes. • A producer and performer of a music concert for Eve Ensler's V-Day festival, to benefit the organization’s commitment to ending the cycle of violence against women around the globe. Ilyana also co-created the music duo called “LYTHION”, a composing and performing team; along with her husband, James Harrell. They compose original music for film, television, radio and stage. In 2007, they started their own company, Lythion Music Productions. |

SEAN SOUZA, DIRECTOR of PHOTOGRAPHY
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Sean received his B.A. in the Theatre Arts program from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in acting. Upon graduation, Sean relocated to New York City performing in plays, films, and commercials. His interests shifted to cinematography, where he has worked in the film industry for over fifteen years within the camera department, most recently as a director, on numerous projects across all formats: documentaries, feature films, television, and commercials. www.vitessefilms.com |

MINSUN SOHN, EDITOR
Was born in Korea and moved to the US when she was three. She grew up in Ohio and now resides in New York City. She has worked in many fields including video ethnography, trend forecasting and frosting cupcakes. This is her first documentary feature. |
